When the book came out, I kinda did in court but times were different then. While once we did almost all hearings, which generally means a winner and loser, today's courts push settlement hard, which means a mixed bag. The reality is, you do your best and you'll do well but, winning everywhere, everyday, every time isn't by: You can read a book, or play quietly with this book while you wait.

When you talk to a judge, call the judge “Your Honor” to show respect. Don’t speak unless the judge or a lawyer asks you to. If you don’t understand something, say that you don ’t understand.
